This pasta tasted very nice, and I would have loved to order it in bulk. I bought 4 packs, but unfortunately, my blood type O reacts to more proteins than just wheat & barley. If you are finding yourself sensitive to Simple Truth lentil pasta and rice flour, be mindful that you could have an immune response to this as well, so try it first. For anyone else with just a gluten intolerance or celiac disease, this is worth ordering in bulk!
